Please submit a SharkPrint request using the ServiceNow ticket system:
Provide the following details:
Equipment ID# (9-digit number on the white label on the front of the device)
Brief explanation of the support required:
Supplies (e.g., toner, waste box, staples)
Issue explanation for service needed
Equipment moves required
Training requests (e.g., faxing, bypass tray)

We understand that there are University leaders who may wish to grant permission for others in their department to release jobs on their behalf. To establish this arrangement, kindly submit a Service ticket to OIIT on behalf of the individual seeking to grant access. Please include the name and email address of the person who will be authorized to release their jobs.
As the University transitions to electronic faxing, anyone currently using a physical fax line should submit a ticket to OIIT to facilitate the transfer during copier upgrades.
As NSU transitions to a secure print solution requiring authentication, your Shark Card is essential.
If your Shark Card is older than 8 years and you cannot log in to the copier, submit a service ticket for assistance.
